Return Policy
We will gladly accept the return or exchange of your product purchased on ShopnavyBLEU.com within 15 days of the delivery date. All original tags must be attached in order for the return to be processed. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Enter your order number and email, select "Start a return" & follow the steps.
Please pack your return securely, in the original package if possible. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing, and drop off at the nearest carrier location.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original form of payment, less a $8 return shipping label fee. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed and appear on your original form of payment.

You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size will be sent as soon as we’ve received notice your original parcel is scanned as ‘in transit’. The sooner you return the original, the faster you’ll receive the replacement.
